Vetting potential co-ordinators (amended 15.2.19)

All potential new Coordinators are subject to a Police check; 

the current Sussex Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator / Street Contact Registration and Security Consent form (V6) should be completed, signed and returned to you by the applicant, together with acceptable Proof of Identity, e.g. a scanned copy of passport page or photo driving licence. 

Failure to enclose Proof of Identity will result in delays to the Police check.

Please scan copies of the completed form and passport/driving licence and email to:
